  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including shoe box, dust bags, etc.).
  • The item must be free from any signs of wear, stains, or damage, including scuff marks on shoes, scratches, or any form of alteration.
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.
  • You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Return an Item
