1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  • The item must be free from damage, dirt, or any signs of wear caused by the customer.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • Clearance and promotional items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at info@cutiebeautypronie.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refund details:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
  • Store Credit: Customers can opt for store credit instead of a refund.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. EXCHANGES

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return request process above.
  • Once we receive and approve the return, we will ship the replacement item at no extra cost for domestic orders.
  • International customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
